I hear the hum of music, people talking, some are even weeping. I go to stand, but cannot. People are coming by and whispering words, touching my face and hands. I try to speak, but cannot. I feel the warmth of the people that have gathered against my cold skin. The talking has stopped. It's quiet now, I am being lowered down, I wonder what has happened to me. I am feeling scared, but now I am at rest. All is fine in the end.
I meet the family and friends coming though the door. All with mixed emotions. I go to speak, All the words full of memories so dear to the ones that have gathered. Music is playing. I can still hear the crying and whispered words about the deceased. Itís time to go now; all the love ones say their last good byes. I watch the casket be lowered down. Itís all fine in the end.
